The staff was brilliantly friendly and the place was fairly clean. The king room was non-smoking and inviting. A SIMPLE CONTINENTAL breakfast, lots of meals. Perfect location close to many shops, and 15 minute walk from shingle creek regional park. Late check out too.

Perfectly clean hotel with a favourable location and very amiable staff. The staff did all they can for a GOOD stay. I slept so comfy in the comfy bed. Liked Kissimmee, the property was lovely.

We had a really great 1 night stay. Inviting and non-smoking room along with fair staff. The clean bathroom and the rest was fairly clean. Absolutely perfect location to arcade fun.

gorgeous hotel, compact rooms, and marvellous breakfast. nice view, a big balcony, big bed, too. the location was beautiful because it was the busy part of the city. fantastic staff members offered flawless service.
